Liu Yang is a Chinese professional football player who has been playing in the Chinese Super League for several years. He was born on August 19, 1987 and played his first game for Shanghai Shenhua in 2005.

Liu Yang started his career with Guangzhou Evergrande before moving to Tianjin渤海足球俱乐部。In 2014, he joined Jiangsu Suning Football Club as a full-time player, where he played until 2016.

After leaving Jiangsu Suning, Liu Yang signed for Beijing Guoan in 2017, but left the club after only one season due to poor performance.

Liu Yang then moved to Shanghai Shenhua in 2018, where he spent two seasons before joining Tianjin渤海足球俱乐部。He returned to Jiangsu Suning in 2019 and played for them again for three seasons before leaving them in 2021.
